True Food Kitchen is a full-service restaurant founded on the anti-inflammatory food pyramid developed by Dr. Andrew Weil, a physician of integrative medicine. Our menu spans brunch, lunch, and dinner, with offerings including grain bowls, kale salads, grass-fed burgers, handmade pizza, dumplings, and seasonal beverages. Each location is run by its own chef-led culinary team that works with in-season produce and globally-sourced spices. The menu rotates seasonally to reflect peak-ripeness produce. We also offer catering, group dining, and a weekday happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM, plus weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 PM.
True Food Kitchen is 100% seed oil-free. In 2022, the restaurant switched to cooking exclusively with avocado and olive oils, and has since worked to eliminate seed oils from every ingredient across the menu. Every ingredient is selected based on the anti-inflammatory food pyramid. The restaurant sources with stated integrity, partnering only with growers who share its values; one named example is the use of organic Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes in its pizza sauce. Each chef-led team sources in-season ingredients and globally-sourced spices. The restaurant describes its approach as "delicious by chefs, nutritious by science."
