Family farmstead goat dairy producing award-winning goat cheese and certified organic culinary herbs.

Pure Luck Farm and Dairy is a Grade A family farmstead goat dairy that has been making goat cheese by hand since 1995. Cheesemaker Amelia Sweethardt runs all cheese plant operations, manages the herd, and carries on the tradition started by her late mother, Sara Sweetser. The dairy works with a herd of Nubian and Alpine goats and also farms certified organic culinary herbs. Their cheese lineup includes Basket Molded Chevre (in Plain, Mixed Herb, Cracked Black Pepper, and Anaheim Red Chili), June's Joy, Hopelessly Bleu, Feta, Silver Lining, and Herbes de Provence varieties. Pure Luck's Basket Molded Chevre tied for third place Best of Show at the 2023 American Cheese Society Judging and Competition, and the dairy has received numerous additional American Cheese Society awards over the years.

Pure Luck farms five acres of certified organic land and produces certified organic culinary herbs alongside its goat cheeses. The dairy operates as a Grade A farmstead producer, meaning the cheese is made on-site from the milk of their own herd of Nubian and Alpine goats. Cheeses like the Basket Molded Chevre are made using a four-day lactic process: the goats are milked, the raw milk is placed in a bulk tank to ferment and form a curd, and the resulting cheese is then hand-ladled into basket molds to drain. Everything on the farm is done by hand.
