Family farmstead goat dairy producing award-winning goat cheese and certified organic culinary herbs.
Regenerative farm stand growing organically raised vegetables, microgreens, and produce on a 51-acre Hill Country homestead.
Wild Candy Farm is a 51-acre regenerative homestead growing a diverse range of produce including Daikon Radish, Armenian Yard Long Cucumber, Israeli Cantaloupe, Heirloom Tomatoes, Chiogga Beet, Scarlet Nantes Carrot, and Microgreens. The farm is owned and operated by the Cutler family, who relocated from California to Texas Hill Country after years in the restaurant and hospitality industries. We grow what we call 'organiK' produce — no synthetic chemicals, no GMOs — and keep the path from soil to consumer as direct as possible. Our produce is available through a pre-order farm stand, farmers markets, and select grocery and retail locations. We also offer farm tours and on-site lodging for those who want to connect with the land directly.
We grow using no-till methods, cover cropping, crop rotation, and composting, working with the land's natural processes rather than against them. No synthetic chemicals or GMOs are used in our growing practices. Our approach falls under what we call 'regenerative farming,' with a stated goal of leaving the soil healthier than we found it and fostering biodiversity. We describe our produce as 'organiK' — a term we use to emphasize knowing your farmer as part of the equation. Our team handles cultivation, seeding, washing, and packaging on-site, keeping the supply chain as short and transparent as possible.
