ThoroughBread is a small-batch micro-bakery with a focused menu built around naturally leavened sourdough breads, traditional loaf breads, cookies, and the Burridoughs™. The Burridough™ is an original creation: a savory breakfast filling of egg, cheese, and your choice of avocado, ham, or weekend-only brisket, nestled inside a soft, fluffy bread dough. Sourdough varieties include white, wheat, rye, and olive loaves. Cookies come in four varieties: chocolate chip, chocolate chip pecan, banana Nutella, and peanut butter and jelly. Hot drip and cold brew coffee are also available. Named one of Food & Wine's 100 Best Bakeries in America and recognized by Texas Monthly as serving the best bread in Texas.
All bakery products are made on site using 100% organic flours. Sourdough loaves are naturally leavened (no commercial yeast). Coffee is brewed using beans locally roasted by Spokesman Coffee.
