Thai Fresh is an authentic Thai restaurant and cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Co-founded in 2008 by Jam, who grew up cooking in Thailand, and Bruce, a longtime Austin restaurateur, the kitchen draws on recipes Jam learned from her grandmother. Beyond the main menu, we run a gluten-free bakery, a coffee shop, and a vegan ice cream program. We also offer cooking classes, including private and team-building sessions, and provide catering. Our proteins are sourced only from sustainable Texas ranchers. We operate under a fair wage policy, ensuring every team member receives a livable wage.

We are committed to supporting local farmers, ranchers, food artisans, and producers. Our farm partners include Windy Meadow chicken, Richardson Farms, Milagro Farm, Animal Farm, and Mil-King for dairy. Produce comes through Farm to Table TX, a local fruit and vegetable purveyor, and Bella Verde Hydroponic. Mushrooms are sourced from Kitchen Pride. Coffee is roasted by Greater Goods Coffee Roaster, and tea is supplied by Zhi Tea. Kombucha comes from Wunder-Pilz, and beer from 512 Brewing Company and Hi-Sign Brewing Company. Pecans are sourced from Pecan Shop.
