Bread(ish) is a woman-owned, dedicated gluten-free bakery founded by Chef Lisa Shannon, a former New York City caterer and private chef. We specialize in French-inspired breads and pastries that go well beyond the typical gluten-free offerings of cupcakes and cookies. Our scratch-made lineup includes bagels, baguettes, pizza crusts, cinnamon rolls, sourdoughs, kolaches, babkas, panettone, and more. We focus on seasonal and regional baked goods that many gluten-free eaters haven't had access to in years. Everything is made with 100% whole food ingredients, with no artificial additives, no preservatives, and no dyes. Bread(ish) is a tip-free bakery because we pay employees a living wage as a matter of company policy.
