Northeast-inspired sourdough pizza trailer run by a husband-and-wife team, baked for a dark, crispy crust.
Feral Pizza is a husband-and-wife-run pizza trailer inspired by pizza from parts of the Northeast. Our pies are baked longer to achieve a darker crust and crisp. We operate out of a 16-foot trailer and make everything in small batches to keep quality high and minimize food waste. Beyond pizza, we scratch-make a range of items including pizza sauce, Italian sausage, hot honey, ranch, and baked goods. We also offer Grandma-style and Sicilian-style pies as part of our rotating menu.
Our dough is made using a 10-plus-year-old sourdough starter and cold fermented for 48 to 72 hours. We scratch-make as much as possible in small batches, including the dough, pizza sauce, Italian sausage, hot honey, and ranch, in order to maintain quality and minimize food waste. All pizzas are pressed and tossed to shape, topped, baked, and finished by hand.
