Small-batch organic grocery and deli with products from local, nationally acclaimed, and international producers.
Farm-to-table all-day restaurant serving brunch, lunch, and supper with locally sourced, seed-oil-free menus across Texas.
Dish Society is a farm-to-table, counter-service restaurant founded in 2014 by Aaron Lyons with the goal of making locally sourced meals accessible to families and young professionals. The menu spans brunch, lunch, and supper, offering modern twists on Southern classics with a seasonally changing lineup. In addition to food, we serve locally roasted coffee, cold-pressed juices, Texas craft beers, an approachable wine list, and cocktails during Social Hour. We cook exclusively with pure butter, olive oil, and Fera Fruit oil — no seed oils. Locations operate across Greater Houston and Austin.
We source more than 75 percent of our ingredients from Texas farmers, ranchers, and producers. Partners include Atkinson Farms (a fourth-generation farm supplying produce for over 30 years), Lonestar Lettuce Growers for locally grown organic greens, Kalera for vertically farmed greens, Vital Farms for pasture-raised eggs, Della Casa for fresh pasta made with all-natural ingredients and zero preservatives, Slow Dough Bread Company for bread, and Greenway Coffee for locally roasted fair-trade coffee. We do not use seed oils; all cooking is done with pure butter, olive oil, and Fera Fruit oil.
