Farmstead creamery offering low-temp pasteurized, non-homogenized milk, cream, and cheese from grass-fed cows.
Three-generation family farm and dairy offering raw milk cheeses, Grade A raw milk, grass-fed meats, eggs, and yogurt from their own herd.
Full Quiver Farms is a family-run farm and dairy operated by three generations of the Sams family, who work together milking cows, gathering eggs, and caring for livestock. Their core products are raw milk cheeses made from their own herd's Grade A raw milk, with varieties including cheddar, Colby, Monterey Jack, mozzarella, and cream cheese spreads. We also produce plain and flavored yogurt — both drinkable and in cups — made from whole milk. Beyond dairy, the farm offers grass-fed beef, pastured and whey-fed pork, pastured chicken, and cage-free eggs. Lacto-fermented vegetables, homemade jams, jellies, and soap round out the farm store selection. Products are available through an on-farm store.
The Sams milk their Jersey, Jersey/Holstein cross, and Holstein cows twice a day, and the cows spend their days out on pasture. Grade A raw milk that meets quality standards is sold as-is; the remainder is used to produce cheeses and yogurts. Pork is pastured and whey-fed. Eggs are cage-free. The farm states it practices organic farming methods but is not certified organic. No artificial hormones are used in milk production. Cheeses are made with a short ingredient list: milk, cultures, enzymes, and salt.
