Salty Sow is a modern farmhouse gastropub serving Southern-inspired comfort food with a Texas twist. The chef-driven menu comes from Executive Chef Harold Marmulstein, a Culinary Institute of America graduate with over 30 years of fine-dining experience and national recognition from Zagat, Condé Nast, and Southern Living. Dishes span truffled deviled eggs, gruyere and bacon roasted bone marrow, candied pork belly, slow-cooked beef shoulder, and blackened redfish. Signature cocktail ingredients are sourced fresh from the garden, featuring local and organic spirits. Everything on the menu is prepared from scratch by hand. The restaurant also offers private indoor and outdoor dining spaces for groups, plus a rewards program for returning guests.
